Roz Dupiton
Roz grew up here. A true city kid — she started riding the CTA solo at eleven, commuting to schools across the city. Life included visits to her Grandmommy Lois's house in Evanston and her Grandmommy Vernice's front yard in Englewood. She knows this city the way you only can when you grew up in it.
Before real estate, she was an equities analyst covering publicly traded retailers. Her opinions were quoted in the financial press. She appeared on CNN and CNBC. She later earned an MBA from Chicago Booth with concentrations in Marketing Strategy and Entrepreneurship.
She brings that analytical background — and a genuine fascination with how people actually make decisions — to a specific market: downtown Chicago condos.
West Loop. The Loop. New Eastside. South Loop.
She looks at this market the way she used to look at stocks — with attention to what the data actually says, and curiosity about what's driving the decision underneath the stated one. Both turn out to matter quite a bit in this work.
